Terms & Conditions

1. Prepaid Service Model

All UGC video packages are prepaid services. Work begins only after successful payment and completion of the required onboarding details by the client.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are available only before the service work has commenced. Once our team has started work on scripting, planning, production, editing, creator coordination, AI video creation or any related service activity, the payment will not be refunded.

GST, Razorpay/payment gateway charges, transaction fees and any other third-party service charges are non-refundable as per applicable policies.

3. Services Included

The purchased package includes only the UGC video quantity and related services mentioned in that package, such as onboarding, script support, UGC production, editing and WhatsApp delivery.

4. Services Not Included

These UGC packages do not include SEO, Local SEO, Meta Ads management, Google Ads, paid campaign setup, ad account handling, social media management or any other digital marketing service. If the client requires these services, they must purchase a separate package from The Wictory.

5. Script Approval and Revisions

Scripts will be shared for client review wherever applicable. Once the script is approved by the client and a video is created based on that approved script, the completed video will be counted in the selected package.

After video creation, major changes, new concepts, reshoots, revised scripts, different claims, different hooks or similar re-creation requests will be treated as a new video and will be counted separately within the package limit.

6. AI Voice, AI Video and Creative Tools

The Wictory may use AI voice, AI video, AI visuals, stock assets, editing tools and other creative technologies to present the content in a better and more professional way. By purchasing a package, the client agrees to this production approach.

7. Client Responsibility and Legal Liability

The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, product details, claims, offers, permissions, brand assets and any required approvals. The Wictory will not be responsible for legal issues, claims, disputes, policy violations, copyright concerns, platform restrictions, customer complaints, business losses or any other consequences arising after the video is published or used by the client on social media, advertisements or any other platform.

The business, owner or client using the video will be fully responsible for verifying that the content is suitable, lawful and compliant for their industry, product, service and platform before publishing or advertising it.

8. Communication and Delivery

Communication and delivery may be managed through WhatsApp, email or any other channel selected by The Wictory. Timelines may vary depending on client response time, package size, script approvals, production requirements and workload.

9. Professional Conduct

The Wictory maintains a respectful work environment for its team. If the client misbehaves, uses abusive language, threatens, harasses or behaves unprofessionally with any staff member, The Wictory reserves the right to discontinue services immediately. In such cases, no refund will be provided for work already started or completed.

10. No Performance Guarantee

UGC videos are created to support marketing and content efforts, but The Wictory does not guarantee views, followers, sales, leads, conversions, ad performance, ranking improvement or business growth. Results depend on multiple factors including offer quality, audience, product, pricing, advertising strategy and platform algorithms.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By making payment for any UGC video package, the client confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
